In May's fitness class, we will try yoga the Makkia Studio way. Yoga the Makkia way is a blend of diverse expertise: our Flow-style yoga nourishes the fascia, relaxes the mind, and the gentle movements help with focus. We take individual mobility into account, so the yoga sequences may look different from what you're used to.
