The June fitness class will feature a Mobility session by Makkia Studio. Mobility involves controlled exercises to enhance movement and body awareness, starting from each individual's current level. Key aspects of Mobility include perception, fascia, the nervous system, neurophysiology, understanding pain, mobility, foot hype, and breathing.
The fitness class will be held at the Kiila event space on Wednesday, June 19th, at 4:15 PM, led by Maria Härmä.
