The popular family event 'Night at the Campus' will be held again in September!
This year, special attention has been given to the evening program. In addition to the movie, the program includes face painting, a treasure hunt, and an indoor bouncy castle! Along with the program, Salo IoT Campus will provide traditional movie snacks, an evening snack, and breakfast for those staying overnight.
Bring your own sleeping bag (and even a tent, if you'd like) and come spend an unforgettable night at the campus with your whole family!
Participation is free for employees of the campus's client companies and their families. You can register either for the overnight stay or just for the movie and evening program. We recommend overnight stays only for children over 5 years old.
The event starts on Friday, September 13th at 4:00 PM, and you can arrive when convenient.
Program for Friday, September 13th:
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Welcome / Face Painting / Family Activities
6:30 PM: Family Movie: Heinähattu, Vilttitossu ja kana
7:45 PM - 10:30 PM: Family Activities (Treasure Hunt / Bouncy Castle / Board Games / Drawing Corner / Games at Hobby Corner)
8:00 PM - 10:30 PM: Evening Snack served at restaurant Factory
For adults:
9:00 PM - 11:30 PM: Kuution Sauna is heated
10:30 PM: Movie: Back to Black
On Saturday, breakfast will be served at Hav a Java café from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Please Note:
Sleeping arrangements have been made in the Kuutio building. There will be a night guard starting at 9:00 PM until the end of the adults' movie, so adults can go to the sauna or watch the movie after the children have fallen asleep.
Before and after the movie, you can participate in activities according to your interests. Please note that the face painting station is only open until 6:00 PM.
Please bring your own sleeping gear (including a sleeping bag and mat). The sleeping area is large and open, so indoor camping is also possible!
Children remain under the responsibility of their guardians throughout the event.
Registration:
You can register for either the overnight stay or just the movie and evening program. The registration link can be found in the campus newsletter."
