June Workout Class: Miniband Full Body Workout!
This class targets the entire body using a resistance band – legs, core, and arms will all get a good workout. The session is suitable for all fitness levels, as each movement can be done at your own pace and while listening to your body. Come strengthen and energize yourself! The class is led by personal trainer Tiia Fagerström.
The workout takes place in the Kiila event space on Wednesday, June 18th at 3:15 PM.
Please note the earlier-than-usual starting time!
Just bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle – and you’re good to go.
