In September’s workout session, we’ll focus on holistic body care!
The training is effective yet gentle and calm. We will work out the whole body, with a focus on strengthening the core. The class will be instructed by PT Tiia Emmi Mäenpää-Näreoja.
The workout session will take place in the Kiila event space. NOTE! Different day and starting time than usual.
All you need is comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Welcome!
