In October’s fitness class we’ll get an introduction to CrossFit training!

CrossFit combines endurance, strength, speed, mobility, and bodyweight exercises to develop multiple physical skills. Guided by professional coaches, the workout is scaled to each individual’s goals, abilities, and fitness level. This introductory session offers an easy entry point, focusing on simple basic movements that everyone can adapt to their own level. Bring workout clothes, sneakers, a towel, and a water bottle—and just come along!

CrossFit Salo, located on Myllyojankatu in Meriniitty, has long experience in coaching CrossFit, weightlifting, and functional training, and in inspiring people to get moving. A warm and welcoming atmosphere is one of our strengths: everyone is invited to join just as they are. Your starting point or previous exercise background doesn’t matter—everyone begins somewhere!

The CrossFit class will be held on Wednesday, October 22 at 3:15 p.m. at CrossFit Salo, Myllyojankatu 14 (about 500 meters from Salo IoT Campus). Sign up here.
