Our guest speaker this time is Anni Ronkainen, a long-time leader in digital business development and customer insight.
Anni Ronkainen has served as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Kesko, led Google Finland, and worked as CEO of McCann Worldgroup. She has extensive experience in utilizing data and technology in strategic decision-making and transforming customer experience.
Currently, Anni Ronkainen is a full-time board professional, serving on the boards of Fennia, Lassila & Tikanoja, Loihde Plc, and Teleste.
In her keynote, Anni will guide the audience through the transformation of digital business:
How are data and artificial intelligence changing customer behavior and business models?
