The Last Workout Class of the Year – Mobility, Strength and Gentle Recovery
The class begins with upper-body mobility and maintenance exercises using a stick. After that, we’ll practice squats with a focus on technique and control. To finish, we’ll activate the deep core muscles, do gentle stretches, and end with a calming relaxation. The class is led by PT Tiia Fagerström.
The December workout class will take place on Tuesday, December 9th at 4:30 PM in the Kiila event space. All you need to bring is comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Welcome!
