February´s workout

In February’s workout session, we’ll be introduced to Hyrox!
Hyrox is a relatively new fitness sport that combines strength and endurance. In Hyrox, cardio and strength segments alternate: at times you’ll be running, and at times performing various strength and endurance exercises. The Hyrox class held at Salora Gym is a sport-specific basic workout designed to build overall fitness, aerobic capacity, and muscular endurance. The class is suitable for all fitness levels — join in with confidence!

The February workout session will take place at Salora Gym in the Astrum Centre (Salorankatu 5–7, 24240 Salo) on Tuesday, 24 February at 15:15. We recommend bringing workout clothes, indoor training shoes, a towel, and a water bottle.
