March’s fitness class will feature barre!

Barre is a workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and strength training, focusing especially on deep muscles, posture, balance, and body control. The movements are often small and pulsing, creating an effective yet safe muscle workout.
Barre classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The intensity of the movements can be adjusted to match your own level, and no prior dance experience is required.

March’s fitness class will take place in the Kiila event space on Wednesday, March 25 at 4:15 PM. All you need to bring is comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
