May’s fitness session is a functional workout, Tuikku style!
This session will be led by the campus Leasing Manager, Tuikku! The workout will combine cardio elements with traditional gym exercises using free weights. This session is suitable for everyone — welcome to join!
The May fitness session will be held at Kuntokampa on Tuesday, 26 May, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. All you need to bring are comfortable clothes and a water bottle — welcome!
