The reception service is located at the main entrance of the campus in the Kuutio building and serves customers on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. The primary task of the reception service is to ensure that our customers' daily activities on campus run smoothly. In addition to general customer service, the duties of the reception service include welcoming and guiding visitors, forwarding service and maintenance requests, general supervision of parking in the area, booking and arranging meeting rooms, and managing gym memberships.
